Who is eligible to use Thryvve?
Thryvve is exclusively for licensed Australian mortgage brokers with a valid Credit Representative Number (CRN). You must use your own CRN during registration, and access may be suspended if your accreditation status changes. Team members can be added under your supervision without needing individual CRNs.

Where is my data stored and who has access?
Your core account data is stored on secure Australian servers. Limited services like payment processing and analytics may process data in the United States under strict security standards. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We collect minimal data necessary for platform operation: email address for account access, optional first and last name for personalisation, city-level location for service monitoring, and basic usage analytics. Payment information is processed exclusively by our payment processor — we never store your credit card details.
